Terms
Terms of Use
Last updated September 11, 2026.
These terms cover Savit on the web and the iOS App Store (listed as Savit: From Noise to Insight). Operator: Jason Szesze. Questions: jason@follo.dev.
The service
Savit turns recordings, meetings, YouTube links, and web pages into transcripts, summaries, notes, and optional public share pages. You need an account to use the product. You are responsible for the content you upload, record, or publish.
Apple subscriptions
Paid iOS access is sold through Apple In-App Purchase as Monthly and Yearly subscriptions. Those plans unlock Savit Pro. Payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled by Apple, not by Savit directly.
Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA) governs the iOS app and In-App Purchases. These Savit terms add product-specific rules. If they conflict, Apple’s terms control for App Store purchases.
Accounts and deletion
You can delete individual documents in the app. You can permanently delete your account from Settings → Delete Account. That removes the sign-in account data Savit controls and the app data described in the Privacy Policy, including documents, notes, chats, and cloud recordings.
Deleting your Savit account does not cancel an App Store subscription or trial. Manage or cancel that in Apple Subscriptions (App Store → your account → Subscriptions).
Acceptable use
Do not use Savit to break the law, infringe others’ rights, upload malware, probe or disrupt the service, or publish content you are not allowed to share. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service.
Public share links
If you publish a document, anyone with the link can view the content we serve for that page. Unpublish or delete the document to stop the public endpoint from serving it. You are responsible for what you make public.
Disclaimer
Transcripts, summaries, notes, and other generated text may contain errors or omissions. Savit is not legal, medical, or other professional advice. The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for decisions you make based on generated content, or for indirect or consequential damages, to the extent the law allows.
